Quadcores uses Stripe for all payment processing, supporting all major credit and debit cards. Studios can collect deposits at booking time, charge final balances, accept tips, issue refunds, and send direct payouts to artists via Stripe Connect. We never store your raw card details.
Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 2 locations and 15 artists. The Enterprise plan supports unlimited locations and artists, with cross-location booking, dedicated databases, and SSO. Each location has its own calendar, team, and reporting — all managed from one owner dashboard.
The walk-in board displays every artist's real-time availability and estimated wait times. Front desk staff can check in clients in seconds, assign them to an available artist, and clients can see their position in the queue. No phone calls needed. Available on Studio plan and above.
Yes. Connect Instagram via OAuth to import existing posts into your Flash Gallery and publish new work directly from the dashboard with a caption generator and hashtag manager. Connect Facebook to post portfolio pieces and deals to your Page, and pull in Facebook reviews automatically. Your booking URL also automatically becomes your Instagram bio link.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use role-based access control, bcrypt password hashing, and regular security audits. We never sell your client data or use it to train AI models. You own your data fully — you can export it at any time and delete it on account closure.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. Within 30 days of cancellation you can request a full data export. Monthly plans have no refund for unused days; annual plans cancelled within 14 days of renewal are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance.
Yes. The Quadcores dashboard is fully responsive and works on any modern smartphone or tablet browser. Clients sign consent forms on their own mobile device before arriving. The walk-in queue and appointment calendar are optimised for front-desk tablet use. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.
